ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR, PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES - Near Chicago
NEW! - Not-for-profit hospital in a lakefront community near Chicago is seeking an Administrative Director, Perioperative Services.  This is
a state-of-the-art hospital that is proud to be part of a financially stable and growing, award winning, regionally renowned health system.  
The Administrative Director of Perioperative Services will be accountable for strategic planning, fiscal management and operations for all
aspects of the Perioperative Services line. Oversight of 2 reporting Surgery Directors (OR and Inpatient/Ambulatory). and 4 total leadership
direct reports. Oversight of 15 ORs and a total of 40+ inpatient beds (30,000 cases/yr) served by more than 200 associates..   
Requirements: Bachelor's and Masters degrees. Active RN license required.
Salary range is $122,000 to $165,000, depending on experience and education.   
Important to note - the cost of living in this community is significantly less than it's nearby neighbor, Chicago.  This is a community where

DIRECTOR, WOMEN'S and CHILDREN's  - TEXAS

Reporting the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Women Services, assumes responsibility for functions in Maternal Child Services to
include Neonatal Intensive Care,  Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum.  In collaboration with the Medical Directors of Women Services, this
individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in these areas.  The Director of
Women Services: Initiates, guides, and directs the coordination of Women Services functions.
Functions as a resource person for staff members and assists in necessary education of individual members of the nursing staff.
Assumes responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care provided by the Maternal Child Services Department.
Makes decisions regarding activities within these areas based on hospital Administrative Standards, Human Resources Standards,
Department of Nursing Standards and Maternal Child Services Standards with collaboration with the Medical Directors in unusual
situations

DIRECTOR, MEDICAL/SURGICAL SERVICES  - TEXAS
175-bed Studer hardwired acute care hospital in Texas has just opened up a Director of Critical Care Services position and is seeking
an energetic, dynamic, positive, respectful, and creative nurse leader to help shape the direction of the service line, which is comprised
of a 12-bed ICU and 15-bed PCU, with 40-45 employees. The Director’s opportunity will be to support staff in building a culture around
best practices and will help identify educational opportunities the staff may need to do so.
Our ideal candidate will be approachable and will have an excellent track record in team building and establishing trust and positive
relationships.  Also important is leadership expertise and demonstrated excellent results in the areas of productivity, staffing ratios,
HCAHPS, core measures, etc.  The position reports to the CNO
Requirements include a BSN (Master’s preferred), with previous management experience and a clinical background in critical care,
including CV.   
Pay range into the low $100s, with relocation assistance.
DIRECTOR OF SURGERY - IOWA
130 bed hospital in Central Iowa seeking a Nurse Director of Surgical Services to oversee all aspects of the Surgical Service
department. Accountability include: 4 Operating Room suites (including dedicated C-section suite), Pre-Op, PACU, Same Day Surgery,
Sterile Processing, Endo and GI Lab. Reporting to the Director are 1 Manager and 38 FTEs. The department currently performs
approximately 1350 procedures per year.  The Director of Surgery will report directly the Vice President of Patient Care.
Requirements include a BSN (or willing to complete/attain), 6 years of acute care nursing experience and at least 2 years of
management experience. A Master degree is desirable as well as specialty certification (i.e. CNOR).  The starting salary for this
opportunity is expected to range from $96,000 to $112,000, depending on experience and education.  
DIRECTOR OF SURGERY - NEBRASKA
A Critical Access hospital located in a community of 2000 people within an easy commute to
Nebraska's Capital City, Lincoln.  The Director of Surgery will be accountable for oversight of 2
OR Suites and a newly constructed, state of the art Orthopedic Surgery Clinic. This is a stable
and growing hospital in a vibrant small community.  The starting salary for this opportunity is
expected to range from $88,000 to $108,000, depending on experience and education.  
DIRECTOR OF SURGERY - OKLAHOMA - TWO OPPORTUNITIES
Two hospitals, each around 200 beds, are seeking a Director of Surgical Services to oversee:
1)  7 Operating Room suites, Pre-Op, PACU, Same Day Surgery, Sterile Processing the Endo/GI Lab.
2) 6 OR suites, 2 dedicated C-section suites, Same Day Surgery, Free Standing Ortho Clinic, Pre-Op, PACU, Endo and GI labs.
Requirements for both include a BSN, with a Masters degree highly preferred for both; 10 years of acute care nursing experience and at
least 4 years of management experience. The starting salary for these opportunity is expected to range from $112,000 to
$127,000depending on experience and education.  
DIRECTOR OF SURGERY - CALIFORNIA - FOUR OPPORTUNITIES
An opportunity 30 minutes from Monterey and the world's most famous aquarium. 140 bed hospital, 6 OR suites, Pre-Op, PACU,
Endo/GI and Sterile Processing.  Starting salary from $160,000 to $177,000, sign-on, relo, bonus eligibility.
An opportunity on famed Highway 101 along the Northern California Coast for a 260 bed facility that is part of one of California's largest
not-for-profit health systems. 9 OR suites, Same Day Surgery, Pre-Op, PACU, Sterile Processing, Endo/GI lab. Salary range starting
around $190,000 to $210,000, plus sign on, plus relo.
An opportunity about 40 minutes south of California's state capital, Sacramento.  Starting salary around $170,000 to $190,000
An opportunity two hours east of San Francisco, Starting salary around $200,000.
DIRECTOR OF CRITICAL CARE - CALIFORNIA
A 120 bed hospital located 30 minutes from the Pacific Coast, among the beautiful rolling hills and wineries of the Central California
coast. The hospital has been honored with four Circle of Excellence Awards for highest levels of quality, service and operational
performance.and specializes in Maternity Care, Emergency Services, Surgery and Joint Replacement (awarded 2015 JACHO Gold for
Knees), as well as a broad array of medical, surgical and outpatient services.
The Critical Care Unit has received the Silver Beacon Award for meeting standards of excellence and it is anticipated will receive the
Gold Beacon Award this coming year.
The selected individual will oversee all a total of 20 beds; 10 bed Critical Care Unit and a 10 bed Definitive Observation Unit in a fully
staffed, award winning department.
Requires experience in complex, fast-paced organization with hands on capability to scrub/circulate and train others to do so.
Requires full understanding of and support for JCAHO, DHS, National Patient Safety, NQF Standards as they relate to Critical Care
Nursing.
Education: BSN required, Masters degree highly desirable.  Starting salary range expected to be $150,000 to $160,000, $10,000
sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, bonus eligible.
Requirements: Current CA RN License, ACLS, CPR and BLS. PALS within 6 months of hire. Specialty Certification preferred (i.e.
CCRN). 10+ years of nursing experience preferred.
MANAGER OF SURGERY - COASTAL RESORT - FLORIDA
SPECTACULAR Gulf Coast location!  A regionally renowned not-for-profit hospital/health system. The health system facility currently
offers four surgical suites, one endoscopy suite, and one catheterization lab. Expansion plans include the addition of four additional
surgical suites bringing the total number of rooms to eight, an additional endoscopy suite, as well as upgraded preadmission and post
anesthesia areas.
•        Minimum of 2 years management in above areas, in addition to 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
•        Responsible for direction, coordination, staffing & evaluations for ORs, Pre-Admit, Pre-Op, PACU and Endoscopy.
•        Responsible for approximately 35 FTEs.
Salary range from $91,000 to $110,000+, depending on experience and education. Attractive benefit and incentive package along with
generous relocation allowance.
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR, CANCER SERVICES - near Chicago
Requirements: Master's Degree required with 5-7 years of progressive management experience,. Candidate will ideally have
background in Oncology Service Line leadership and development. Well-developed clinical, organizational, communication,
interpersonal and leadership skills are required for this position. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the
renovation and expansion of the center with a tentative completion date in the fall of 2016.

The Administrative Director of Oncology Services will lead the development and implementation of the strategic and operational plans
for the service line, establish aggressive quality, service and growth results, develop and review the annual budget, participate in
various leadership initiatives throughout the organization and facilitate human resource acquisition and retention.

same day 9 bay unit, pre-op holding area (5 beds), PACU, 9 stations, and sterile processing
department.
